This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to inform individuals who contact us through our website, quote forms, telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp.

Personal data processed
Your full name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, city/country, the product you are interested in and the content of your message, as shared with us through forms and during communication. When a form is submitted, the submission date and IP address are also recorded for security and record-keeping purposes.
Purposes of processing
Responding to your quote and information requests, contacting you for site surveys and project drawings, preparing quotes, handling your after-sales service and maintenance requests, keeping our records and fulfilling our legal obligations.
Method of collection and legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically when you submit it through the forms on our website, by e-mail, by telephone or via WhatsApp. Your data is processed on the legal grounds of “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” under Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK and “the legitimate interests of the data controller” under Article 5/2-(f). For information that must be retained by law, the legal ground of “compliance with a legal obligation” under Article 5/2-(ç) applies.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is shared only with our authorized staff involved in sales and quotation processes. It is stored on the servers of the service provider that hosts our website and e-mail service. Where a legal obligation arises, it may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations. Other than this, it is not sold to third parties or transferred for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Our website uses Google Maps and Google Fonts; the promotional video loads from YouTube only when you play it. While you view the page, these services may process technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. If you write to us via WhatsApp or Instagram, the privacy policies of those platforms also apply. Our website does not use its own cookies to track visitors.
Retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods, it is erased, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred; request rectification if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Applications
You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to our address above or to info@metropolsogutma.com.tr, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
